Wintrade week has the honour of announcing that, as keynote speaker on 28th June, at the Park Plaza Hotel, we welcome Nicola Mendelsohn, CEO EMEA Facebook.  Ms Mendelsohn once said, “There is a power of culture, culture is vital to Facebook. Culture changes attitudes and behaviours — better than any policy or target.”

It is exactly this vision for the importance of culture which shapes the positive impact of diversity and inclusion in the business world.  Ms Mendelsohn was awarded  Commander of the British Empire (CBE) for services to the creative industries here in the UK. She is certainly a visionary leader, apart from joining Facebook in 2013 and  currently being the co-chair of the Creative Industries Council.  And she has many firsts for women under her belt, including being the first woman president of the influential advertising-trade body IPA and the former president of the Women in Advertising and Communications London club (WACL).  And she has achieved all of this in the face of many challenges and adversities.  This women is one we should all be applauding, and it will indeed be an honour to do so when she gives her speech at the Wintrade Convention.  So don’t miss out,…be part of the Wintrade Experience where women in trade share and network with other corporate and entrepreneurial women for this unparalleled week.  Register here
